Key duties include setting up meeting rooms to guest specifications, provisioning with glasses and water, breaking down spaces after events, and maintaining clean, ready-to-use rooms while adhering to attendance and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of meeting room equipment and setup styles.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to move goods up to 500 lbs with a hand cart.
• Stand for long periods during shifts.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Adapt communication style for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor during shift to track work.
• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications and move heavy items as needed.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and water.
• Break down meeting rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule to keep rooms presentable.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
