Qualifications

• Knowledge of equipment and meeting room setup styles.
• Ability to lift/move tables, chairs, podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Stand for long periods with or without accommodation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting rooms to guest specifications and move items between storage and rooms.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with glasses and water.
• Break down rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for rooms and ballrooms; support supervisor during shift.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
