Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Server to support banquet events at our San Ramon location. You will set up rooms, greet guests, and serve food and beverages ensuring a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include attending pre-event roll calls, maintaining service standards, and complying with alcohol service regulations. Weekend availability is required; hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to pass the Food Handlers certification.
• Having your CA RBS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Supervisor to include linen, serviceware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve the food and beverages in the order and to the Supervisor's expectations.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcohol.
