Job summary

M Social Sunnyvale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Banquet Houseman to support meetings, conferences, and events. You will set up banquet rooms, move furniture, and ensure guest-ready spaces in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork with banquet, F&B, culinary, and engineering teams; requires reliability, physical fitness, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read diagrams and follow setup instructions.
• Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to diagrams, specifications and standards.
• Move tables, chairs, staging, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with setting up meeting rooms, reception areas and other spaces; break down after events.
