You will set up meeting rooms to specifications, transport and arrange tables, chairs, and equipment, and restock glasses and water.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up meeting rooms with various table types.
• Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, and podiums up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist Banquet Manager in preparing for banquet events.
• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specifications.
• Transport and arrange equipment such as tables, chairs, and dance floors.
• Replenish meeting rooms with water and glassware.
• Break down rooms after events and return items to storage.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for rooms and ballrooms.
• Follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
