Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to join our team. You will read diagrams, set up tables, A/V equipment, and assist servers during events, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for spaces indoors and outdoors.
• Complete the physical setup and arrangement of tables, A/V & equipment according to the diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bar during and after an event.
• Assist in setting a room with F&B equipment.
• Arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Help servers complete tasks, including arranging plates and running items to bars.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist servers with bussing tables.
• Exhibit teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
