Job summary

Commonwealth Lodging Management LLC is seeking a Banquet Setup Associate. You will complete setup, restock linens, and transport equipment to proper locations. Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include breaking down function spaces, storing reusable goods, and adhering to safety and hotel policies. Previous hospitality experience and strong English communication are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in food service preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Be in proper uniform with nametag; wear flat, closed-toe non-slip shoes.
• Maintain positive guest relations; resolve guest concerns calmly.
• Know hotel features, hours, packages, promotions and daily counts.
• Set up rooms and function areas with tables, chairs, staging and equipment as needed.
• Breakdown function areas and return equipment to storage areas; store reusable goods.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas; follow OSHA/brand standards.
