Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. in Florida is seeking Banquet Set-Up Associates to join our Banquets team. You will prepare and maintain banquet spaces to support successful events, with emphasis on detail, guest satisfaction, and teamwork.

Experience is not required—passion for service and flexibility are key. In this fast-paced role, you will set up and break down spaces, transport furniture and equipment, and ensure cleanliness and readiness throughout events.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently (moving furniture, equipment, staging, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs)
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Maintain public spaces during events for consistent clean presentation
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs
