Job summary

Concord is hiring Banquet Set-Up Associates to prepare and maintain banquet spaces for events. No prior experience required; candidates must be passionate about service and teamwork.

You will set up and break down event areas, transport and arrange furniture and equipment, and ensure all supplies and functioning equipment are ready for events. A team-focused, flexible schedule is essential to support hotel event needs.

Qualifications

• Full mobility and ability to perform continuous movement.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility with scheduling to align with hotel event needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event space according to Banquet Event Order (BEOs).
• Safely transport tables, chairs, staging areas, dance floors, and partitions.
• Ensure supplies are available and equipment is properly set up and functioning.
• Track event supplies and equipment, carefully store furnishings when not in use, and promptly report repair or maintenance needs.
