Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow BEOs, diagrams and event specifications.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with guests, clients, supervisors and team members.
• Understand guest and client requests and communicate information effectively.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for setup requirements.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing event needs and timelines.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute banquet setup before, during and after events.
• Set up food and beverage buffet areas as per BEOs and layout.
• Ensure spaces are guest-ready at least 30 minutes prior to start time.
• Assist with breakdowns and restocking per standards.
• Maintain clean, organized function rooms and storage areas.
• Report damaged equipment promptly to management.
• Assist guests and escalate to supervisor when needed.
