The Post Oak seeks a Banquet setup associate to prepare rooms for functions and assist the Banquet team. You will demonstrate a high level of guest service aligned with the company’s KEEP values, maintain uniform appearance, and support other banquet personnel.

Responsibilities include setting up per BEO, moving heavy items, cleaning areas, and assisting with special guest requests. Must be 18+, with strong English and interpersonal skills.

Competenze

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Maintain uniform appearance according to guidelines.
• Set up rooms per BEO/spec sheet/management instruction.
• Move and place tables, chairs, podiums, and props.
• Set/reset table pads, linens, and skirting.
• Clean banquet areas and manage linen transportation.
• Relay guest compliments and complaints to the on-duty manager.
• Deliver supplies from storeroom to required locations.
