Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of all Food & Beverage team members.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and put on table cloths.
• Set up chairs.
• Cleans the dining room before and after events.
• Stocks bars with glassware.
• Cleans the bar before and after events.
• Cooperates and communicates with all team members and guests with respect.
• Assists other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
• Follows established procedures and policies of Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.
