Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Banquet Setup Attendant to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC. Responsibilities include reading diagrams, setting up tables and A/V equipment, and assisting with buffets and beverage stations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a hotel/restaurant serving role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and execute meeting/dining room diagrams for indoor/outdoor spaces.
• Complete setup and arrangement of tables, A/V, and equipment per diagram.
• Assist in setting and breaking buffet tables and bars during events.
• Set up a room with F&B equipment and arrange buffets, stages, and podiums.
• Assist servers by arranging plates, delivering items to bars, and setting up beverage stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist bussing tables.
• Demonstrate teamwork and leadership to ensure efficient event setup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
