The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is seeking a Banquet Houseperson for a full-time, on-site role. You will help set up and break down banquet, meeting, and conference spaces and assist guests in function areas to ensure smooth events.

You will maintain clean banquet spaces, coordinate with the back-of-house team, and adhere to safety standards while delivering friendly, professional service throughout events.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude in all interactions and actively seek ways to enhance their experience.
• Prepare banquet spaces with care by completing table and chair setup according to function requirements.
• Clean and prep banquet rooms and surfaces to be spotless and inviting.
• Monitor banquet spaces, promptly address spills and issues to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
