Avion Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server to oversee setup and service for all assigned banquet functions. The role requires representing the brand with a friendly, professional demeanor and delivering prompt, polished service.

Responsibilities include understanding banquet orders, maintaining appearance standards, coordinating with team members, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all operations. This is a fast-paced hotel environment requiring strong communication and composure.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification per state regulations.
• Clear and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and staff in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance as required by hotel scheduling.
• Ensure proper uniform and name tag are worn at all times.
• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards for safe, efficient operations.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and menus for assigned events.
• Serve guests professionally and address issues by escalating to management when needed.
• Keep banquet area organized and stocked with supplies for service.
