Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Must convey information clearly and work well under pressure.
• Must evaluate alternatives quickly and accurately and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service of all assigned banquet functions.
• Maintain friendly, service-oriented interaction with guests and staff.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders and menus.
• Respond to guest problems or incidents and refer to management when needed.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and appearance standards in line with brand guidelines.
