• Maintain cleanliness of service areas during shift.
• Cross-serve and assist team members as needed.
• Carry service trays to and from kitchen, bar and dining room.
• Receive payments, process guest checks and tender change.
• Notify management of health and safety concerns.
• Restock dining and bar areas and alert kitchen of shortages.
