Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Cleans and organizes assigned stations in dining and bar areas prior to service.
• Relay food and beverage orders.
• Serves customers in a professional manner per training guidelines.
• Maintains service areas such as kitchen, dining room, bar, and stations during shift.
• Cross-serve and/or assist team members as needed.
• Carry service trays in and out of kitchen, bar and dining room.
• Receive payments, complete guest checks and tender change.
• Communicate health and safety concerns to management.
• Re-stock items in dining room and bar and alert kitchen staff of stock shortages.
