DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington is seeking an Event Set-Up team member to assist with banquet room completion by arranging tables, chairs, linens, and equipment according to banquet event orders. This part-time role supports the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences in banquet and meeting spaces.

Responsibilities include setting up spaces, maintaining cleanliness, operating safely when moving heavy items, and ensuring accurate adherence to event orders.

Qualificações

• Must have strong client service and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to set up banquet/meeting spaces per banquet event order.
• Capable of lifting and moving equipment as required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet and meeting spaces per events and orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and back of house.
• Lift and move tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment safely.
• Serve banquet functions as needed.
• Inspect rooms for proper setup before guest arrival.
• Maintain inventory of tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
