Job summary

Responsibilities

• Completes opening/closing side work to prepare dining areas for meal periods.
• Maintains cleanliness of stations, dining room, bar and service areas throughout shift.
• Trains on full menu, hours, table numbers and payment options.
• Uses suggestive selling to promote specials and desserts.
• Serves guests professionally, handles payments and cash handling procedures.
• Alerts management to health, sanitation, inventory or guest issues.
• Restocks and maintains stock levels; complies with health and safety standards.
