Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Banquets and Catering Server to deliver exceptional service at private events, weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to outstanding guest experiences.

The role involves setting up event spaces, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness throughout events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Competenze

• Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant server experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing event needs.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events.
• Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain or Event Manager regarding event flow and service expectations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
• Set up and break down banquet and catering equipment (chafing dishes, beverage stations, etc.).
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
