Job summary

DRM EMPLOYEES LLC is seeking a Banquets and Catering Server to support private events, weddings, corporate functions and other special occasions. You will maintain fast-paced, team-based service while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include room setup, guest greetings and seating, serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and upholding food safety regulations. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on-site at event

Qualifications

• Banquet/catering/restaurant server experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing event needs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food handler or alcohol service certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare banquet rooms according to event orders (tables, linens, place settings, decorations).
• Greet guests courteously and assist with seating as needed.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, efficient, and professional manner during plated, buffet, or cocktail-style events.
• Refill beverages, clear dishes, and reset tables as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas before, during, and after events.
• Follow instructions from the Banquet Captain or Event Manager regarding event flow and service expectations.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth service.
• Set up and break down banquet and catering equipment (chafing dishes, beverage stations, etc.).
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
