• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, settings).
• Provide attentive food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, meetings and events.
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and beverages to guests.
• Clear tables, assist with breakdown and room resets for upcoming events.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Coordinate with banquet captains, culinary teams, and servers to deliver seamless service.
