• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, place settings, stations).
• Provide friendly, attentive food and beverage service during banquets, receptions, meetings and events.
• Serve plated meals, buffets and beverages while upholding high standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Clear tables efficiently and assist with breakdown and room resets for upcoming functions.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and banquet spaces meeting cleanliness standards.
