Job summary

Gold Key PHR is seeking a Banquet Server to provide food and beverage service at banquet events and assist with setup, break down, and clean up according to BEO standards. The role requires maintaining a clean, sanitary work area and delivering high-quality guest experiences while adhering to attendance expectations.

The position is an hourly role with the potential for tips, requiring punctuality, a neat appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant or banquet service preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet functions and spaces per standards.
• Set tables in assigned area according to standard.
• Serve food and beverages for events promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep function room and stations neat and clean per policies.
• Assist with set up/breaking down buffets or service tables and equipment.
• Provide guest services in a professional manner and exceed expectations.
• Be familiar with different setup types for each function room.
• Complete assigned sidework and checklists.
