Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a banquet server to support events at our property. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely food service while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet spaces, reading BEOs, handling payments, and assisting with post-event cleanup. High school diploma preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests and employees.
• Able to read BEOs and menus for functions.
• Respond to guest problems and communicate with management when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of banquet spaces.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare banquet rooms per BEO and function menus.
• Set tables according to hotel standards and stock supplies.
• Assist with cleanup and restock after events.
• Follow money handling procedures and use suggestive selling techniques.
