Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at events and private functions. You will apply Invited’s service standards, work with the banquet team, and ensure a seamless guest experience across various venues hosted by the club.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, knowledge of menus, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced private-events environment. A high school diploma and relevant certifications are required or beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program is preferred.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in banquet or event settings, is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and work with the team are essential.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, including special event features and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcomed.
• Address guest complaints promptly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Complete daily side work and assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
