Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events, ensuring the application of Invited’s service standards. You will work with the banquet team to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

The role focuses on warm welcomes, attentive service, and efficient handling of busy event environments, with daily duties, safety, and teamwork woven into the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in banquet or event settings.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and provide exceptional service at all events.
• Execute F&B orders with attentiveness and responsiveness.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Greet members and guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively to foster a positive service environment.
• Address member/guest concerns promptly using service recovery techniques.
• Prepare and set up banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Complete daily side work and assist with event setup and breakdown.
