Job summary

Innisfree Hotels is seeking a Banquet Server to warmly greet, assist, and serve guests at events at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach. You will help with event planning, preparation, and cleanup, while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include taking orders, circulating with trays, recommending selections, and coordinating with kitchen and bar. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with strong English communication and teamwork essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of server and customer service experience, hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation and POS systems.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the venue and help them find their seats.
• Take orders, convey special kitchen/bar instructions, and serve food and beverages.
• Circulate the room with trays of appetizers and drinks.
• Assist with event setup, preparation, and cleanup as directed by management.
• Recommend beer or wine selections to guests and answer questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to sanitary practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guest questions or complaints.
