• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Must be a team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out per reservations.
• Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and changes.
• Process payments for guest bills and manage payments.
• Coordinate special services for guests and address requests.
• Diffuse conflicts calmly and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
