Innisfree Hotels is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Room Attendant to work at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach. The role involves cleaning and servicing guestrooms and public areas to maintain the hotel's cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guestrooms and public areas, ensuring rooms meet company cleanliness standards.
• Make beds, dust furniture, clean closets, replenish bathroom supplies and room amenities.
• Vacuum and mop floors, secure rooms and ensure guest safety.
• Interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or scheduled form.
• Address and resolve guest requests and issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing proper uniform and nametag.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the scheduling needs of the property.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
