Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of room attendants, house attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors.
• Assist in directing day-to-day operations of housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Maintain positive demeanor with guests and employees.
• Resolve conflicts to promote a positive work environment.
• Assign duties, prepare room assignments and issue keys.
• Communicate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule periodic deep cleaning of meeting rooms and other areas.
• Inventory supplies and linen stock to ensure adequate inventories.
• Support Executive Housekeeper with staff training, coaching, and enforcing SOPs.
