Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service during events and private functions. You will work with the banquet team to ensure seamless guest experiences, maintaining composure in a dynamic event setting.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of menus, and adherence to Invited’s service standards. A high school diploma, valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and Invited’s F&B Service Training completion are essential.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications are required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service, especially in a banquet or event setting, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service at events and banquets for members and guests.
• Greet members and guests warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of menus including dietary accommodations and special event features.
• Prepare, set up, and break down banquet spaces and equipment.
• Address member/guest needs promptly and use service recovery techniques when needed.
