Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at private events. You will support the banquet team, greet guests, and ensure a seamless experience reflecting Invited’s service standards.

Role requires high school diploma, state-required Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications, and prior F&B or banquet experience. Training through Invited’s F&B program is provided, with opportunities for growth and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service, banquet or event setting.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

• Uphold service training standards and deliver exceptional service at events.
• Greet members and guests warmly and attend to their needs.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and dietary accommodations.
• Set up banquet areas and assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Address member/guest concerns using service recovery techniques.
