Job summary

La Posada Hotel is seeking a Banquet Server to deliverExceptional service for assigned banquet events, including setup, guest service, and teardown. You will work with the Food and Beverage team to ensure consistent presentation and proper temperatures while maintaining high standards of sanitation and guest satisfaction.

Two key responsibilities include assisting with inventory and equipment as needed and collaborating with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in food and beverage catering facility or hotel preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service skills as well as food and beverage service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to banquet guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper presentation of meals, maintaining appropriate temperatures.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down banquet spaces, and maintaining clean, organized service areas.
