Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, MO is seeking a Banquet Server to help craft memorable guest experiences at weddings, meetings, and events. You will set up banquet spaces, provide stand-out service, and work with a professional team in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers multiple scheduling options (full-time, part-time, and seasonal) with realistic career advancement through our Management Development Program and generous TEAM benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or food service preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms, tables, chairs, place settings, and event areas.
• Provide attentive and professional service throughout weddings, meetings, banquets, and special events.
• Serve food and beverages according to event specifications and hotel standards.
• Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout the function.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and cleanup.
• Communicate effectively with guests, banquet captains, kitchen staff, and other TEAM members.
• Respond to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate event uniform at all times.

Requirements

• Prior banquet, hotel, restaurant, or food service experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry event equipment, trays, and supplies as needed
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal events
• Excellent English communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak fluently

$17.00 per hour
