Job summary

The Kraft Group in Foxborough, MA is seeking a part-time catering support role to ensure flawless event setup and tear-down. You will thoroughly stage equipment, assist with service standards, and adapt to both indoor and outdoor events at the venue.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in high-volume catering or full-service dining, be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a professional, discreet demeanor. Excel and email skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up catering equipment and supplies for events accurately.
• Follow directions and maintain department standards.
• Process Banquet Event Orders and pull sheets for accurate setups.
• Provide service according to standards: tray carrying, wine and table service.
• Break down and clean up equipment after events and store properly.
• Handle indoor and outdoor catering across the property as assigned.
• Communicate special requests from clients during setup.
• Take on special projects as business dictates.

Job Location: NPS - Foxborough, MA 02035
Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

SUMMARY

Fully stages all necessary catering equipment and supplies needed for a complete set up of a function.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered events
• Ability to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention to
• Banquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups.
• Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet service
• Thoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage
• Complete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the property
• Communicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up time
• Special projects and assignments as business dictate.

• Ability to work independently and carefully follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high paced environment

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Email usage

• Ability to repeatedly move a minimum of 75 pounds
• 18 Years of age or older
• Flexible schedule is required as early morning, late evenings, nights, weekends and holidays may be required
• Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events
• 2 years' experience in high volume catering or full service dining
• Knowledge of food service and table standards
