Job summary

Nps Llc in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Part-Time Cook to join our fast-paced catering team. You will prepare menu items from production lists, cook to specifications and interact with clients at events.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Proficient in all cooking methods: Grilling to temperature, sautéing, roasting, braising, deep frying, poaching.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.

SUMMARY: Experienced in high volume, high quality preparation and production of hot and cold catered event foods. May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare menu items from posted production lists
• Cook and present menu items to specification
• Adhere to food and work safety procedures and keep organized work area
• Lead small groups to execute event foods
• Work club concession stands and action stations as needed
• Some roles may require strict confidentiality
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position may oversee small groups of cooks in preparation projects and event execution

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
