Job summary

The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Banquet Server to support breakfast, lunch, and Saturday evenings with shifts as early as 4:00am and as late as 1:00am. The average wage is $18-$32 per hour plus benefits.

You will join a team delivering flawless dining experiences to banquet guests, handling plated meals or buffet service, and setting up tables. Responsibilities include lifting trays, cleaning during and after meals, doing side work, and other duties as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in banquet or serving is helpful.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide flawless dining experiences for banquet guests.
• Serve plated meals or monitor buffet to ensure food replenishment and removal of used plates.
• Set up water pitchers and other table settings prior to meals.
• Lift and carry trays with 8–10 meals and serve to guests.
• Clean up during and after meals and perform side work (rolling silverware, napkins, cleaning).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

We're seeking Full-Time candidate with flexibility to work breakfast, lunch and preferably Saturday evenings. We have a variety of schedules available as early as 4:00am and as late as 1:00am. Average wage: $18-$32/hr+.

As a Banquet server, you're responsible for ensuring banquet guests have a flawless dining experience here at the hotel. This includes:

• Working as a teamto provide great service toguests during the meal
• Serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed
• Setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal
• Lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests
• Cleaning up during and after the meal
• Doing side work, such as rolling silverware and napkins, orcleaning
• Other work duties as assigned
