Madison Concourse Hotel is hiring a Banquet Server to ensure flawless dining experiences for guests during events. You will work with a team to deliver plated meals or monitor buffets, set up settings, and deliver meals while maintaining cleanliness and assisting with side work.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or better.
• Experience: Previous hotel experience helpful; banquet/serving experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to banquet guests.
• Serve plated meals or monitor buffets; replenish food and remove used plates.
• Set up water pitchers and table settings before meals.
• Carry and deliver trays with 8–10 meals to guests.
• Clean up during and after meals; assist with side work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
