Madison Concourse Hotel is hiring a Banquet Server to ensure flawless dining experiences for guests during events. You will work with a team to deliver plated meals or monitor buffets, set up settings, and deliver meals while maintaining cleanliness and assisting with side work.

Responsibilities

• Clean up during and after meals; assist with side work.

Description

As a Banquet server, you're responsible for ensuring banquet guests have a flawless dining experience here at the hotel. This includes:

• Working as a team to provide great service to guests during the meal
• Serving plated meals or monitoring buffet meals to ensure fresh food is replenished and any used plates removed
• Setting up water pitchers or other table settings prior to the meal
• Lifting and carrying trays with 8-10 meals and serving them to guests
• Cleaning up during and after the meal
• Doing side work, such as rolling silverware and napkins, or cleaning
• Other work duties as assigned
