The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI is seeking a Governor's Club Breakfast Attendant to warmly greet guests, set up the breakfast buffet, and ensure a flawless morning experience with attentive service and local recommendations.

This full-time role offers morning hours (5:30am–1:30pm on weekends and 5:00am–1:00pm on weekdays), competitive pay of $17/hour, benefits, and a friendly team dedicated to hospitality and community in downtown Madison.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet
• Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the Governor's Club Lounge
• Refresh complimentary amenities for our guests throughout the morning
• Maintaining inventory and restocking items in the kitchen and Governor's Club Lounge
• Assisting guests with any questions they have about the hotel or surrounding area
• Acting as a concierge to make recommendations for things to do and see around Madison
• Perform other functions as required and directed

Description

Guests in The Madison Concourse Hotel's beautiful Governor's Club Lounge enjoy complimentary breakfast, top-shelf cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts in the private lounge with a breathtaking view of the State Capitol. As a Governor's Club Breakfast Attendant, you play a part in making this a great Madison experience for our guests! We're looking for a true people-person with knowledge of Madison to give our guests recommendations for food, fun, and other things to do while in our wonderful city.

This is a full-time morning position with hours from 5:30am-1:30pm Saturday and Sunday and 5:00am-1:00pm Monday and Tuesday. Friday mornings may be scheduled depending on occupancy levels. Weekend and holiday availability is required. We offer a competitive starting wage of $17/hour, plus benefits.
