Job summary

Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic students to join our culinary team as Server Assistants for our restaurant and new banquet venue. This position is ideal for individuals age 18 and under looking for rewarding after-school and summer employment.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional support to our service team. Compensation: $13.73 per hour + tips.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing; engage positively with guests and staff.
• Self-motivated; take initiative with tasks.
• Team player; collaborate with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff.
• Detail-oriented; manage multiple support tasks efficiently.
• Experience in restaurant or customer service is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests in the restaurant and banquet hall.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them in the restaurant and at the turn grille.
• Restock and maintain supplies at the turn grille (e.g., sandwiches, trail mix, bars).
• Assist service staff during events and banquets to ensure smooth operations.
