Shepherd’s Hollow is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Line Cooks and Prep Cooks. We are looking for self-motivated team players with a positive attitude and a dedication to superior service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation

Competitive compensation starting at $17 - $20/hour based on experience.

Supplemental pay through tips provided for work during banquet events.

Responsibilities

• Consistent excellence in food preparation.


• Adhering to safety protocols and cleanliness standards.


• Complete daily tasks, such as setting up the line and preparing quality meals for guests, with effort and dedication.


• Assist the Chefs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)


• Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred (1 year minimum)


• Basic knowledge of professional cooking and experience in knife handling (1 year minimum)


• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends.
