Job summary

Landscapes Golf Management and Wild Ridge Golf Course are seeking banquet servers/server assistants for the fall and winter season. Prior serving experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and available for on‑site shifts.

This role supports servers in events and dining areas, setting tables, delivering meals, and assisting guests with menus and payments as needed. Seasonal, part‑time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must deliver a high level of customer service.

• Able to perform simple math and count change accurately.
• Able to obtain a food handler’s permit or certification.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of Landscapes Golf Management.
• Delivers food and ensures banquet serving tables are stocked; replaces chafing dishes as needed.
• Assists serving staff in welcoming patrons, escorting them to tables and providing menus.
• Prepares tables for arriving patrons; sets up tableware, napkins and condiments.
• Clears tables and maintains general cleanliness of the dining area.
• Ensures the server station and bar is stocked and clean.
• Prepares and refills water and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assists servers with processing payments as needed.
• Removes trash and sanitizes menus.
• Sets up tables, chairs and serving stations for events.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code.
• Demonstrates commitment to company success and customer service standards.
• Performs additional assignments as directed.
• Regular and punctual attendance on site for all shifts.

Landscapes Golf Management and Wild Ridge Golf Course are hiring Banquet Servers/Server Assistants! We’re looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team for the fall and winter banquet season. Previous serving experience is preferred, but it is not required—we’re happy to train the right people! Perfect as a side job or for anyone with a busy schedule looking to earn extra money. Must be at least 16 years of age by the time of hire.

JOB SUMMARY

Assists servers in attending to the needs of club patrons in event and dining areas in a courteous manner according to Company standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Promotes, works and acts in a manner consistent with the values of LGM.
2. Delivers food and ensures banquet serving tables are stocked. Replaces chafing dishes as needed.
3. Assists serving staff in welcoming patrons, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
4. Prepares tables for arriving patrons by wiping up spills, replacing linens, setting up tableware, napkins and condiments. Wraps utensils in napkins accordingly.
5. Clears tables and attends to the general cleanliness of the dining area.
6. Ensures the server station and bar is stocked and clean.
7. Prepares and refills water and other non‑alcoholic beverages for club patrons
8. Assists servers with processing payments as needed.
9. Removes trash and sanitizes menus.
10. Sets up tables, chairs and serving stations for events or dinner service.
11. Maintains professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always.
12. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the Company by being solution‑oriented, having positive interactions with all team members and meeting customer service standards set by management.
13. Performs additional assignments per the direction of club or Company managers.
14. Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts is required.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. Previous experience in food service preferred.
2. Certified Food Handler (rserving.com or local certification)
