Limelight Boulder is hiring a Pastry Cook II to craft all pastry and baked goods under guidance from the Executive Chef and culinary management. The role covers a range of patisserie tasks, from knife skills to banquet service, with focus on quality and presentation.

The position offers a regular full-time schedule, pay from $22.00 to $26.40 per hour, and benefits including health and retirement plans. Applications accepted until Oct 4, 2026.

Qualifications

• Culinary certificate or associate degree in pastry arts preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ pastry cook experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dessert station mise en place and production sheets according to Chef specifications.
• Prepares all recipes with no supervision as required for daily service.
• Supervises other pastry cooks in their preparation of all recipes and job functions.
• Plates desserts to order according to service standards.
• Maintains station cleanliness during shift.
