Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure banquet events meet guest specifications and service standards.
• Coordinate with catering to close service gaps.
• Oversee setup and cleanliness of function rooms.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations and SOX policies.
• Enter billing into POS to generate final guest checks.
• Monitor attendance and adjust servers to maintain service quality.
• Provide ongoing staff training to uphold service standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
