Pyramid Global Hospitality's Boston Marriott Burlington property in Burlington, MA seeks an experienced Banquet Operations Manager. You will oversee all banquet and F&B events, ensure high-quality service, and partner with culinary, AV, and sales teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include planning, setup, execution, staff scheduling, and budget control, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

• Work with kitchen, audio-visual and sales teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization in banquet areas.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise banquet servers, bartenders and housepersons.
• Manage banquet budgets and labor costs.
• Track consumption and inventory of banquet supplies.
