Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years in food & beverage, culinary, guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Verifies meeting and event rooms/space are set per event documentation and customer requirements.
• Leads shifts and participates in servicing events.
• Adheres to standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintains inventory of function room amenities and supplies.
• Attends and participates in meetings (Daily Stand Up, BEO, Staff, Forecast).
• Communicates information to Banquet, Event Services and Event Technology teams.
