Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center in Ontario, CA seeks a Banquet Manager to direct all banquet, catering, conference, and special event operations, ensuring luxury service and seamless execution. You will lead banquet staff, manage labor and costs, coordinate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Sales, Catering, and Hotel Leadership, and serve as the on-site contact for clients during events.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of banquet or events management in an upscale hotel.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring luxury service.
• Review BEOs and function sheets for accurate execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, Conference Services, Engineering, and other departments.
• Inspect spaces, equipment, and service to maintain presentation standards.
• Monitor food & beverage quality, labor, and costs during events.
• Lead pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
